FAQ
Everything you need to know.
Turn your product into videos, build weeks of content, and schedule it across your social channels. Start in Advibly or work through your AI assistant.
Back to homeCreate product videos, UGC-style ads, animated explainers, and short-form social content from your brand and product. Build a campaign around those videos with matching images, carousels, and captions, then schedule the approved posts.
Use Advibly directly in the portal or connect an AI assistant such as Claude to create through a conversation.
Yes. Start with your website, Shopify product page, or App Store or Google Play listing. Advibly uses that information to build reusable product and brand context for your creative.
Choose a video template or use an agent skill to turn that context into a product ad, explainer, or launch video. Add real product photos, screenshots, and references to guide the result.
Yes. Sign up free and use your two starter credits to create your first assets. The number you can make depends on the model and settings. You'll see the credit cost before generating.
No. Start with a guided template for the format you want, such as a UGC-style ad or animated explainer. The workflow helps you develop the idea and produce the assets.
You can review the direction as you go, or use your own brief if you already know what you want.
Yes. Advibly can create presenter-led and multi-shot ads using AI creators or talking actors, your product references, and a script. You can combine creator scenes with product visuals in the same video.
These are AI-generated performances, not real customer testimonials.
Yes. Templates and agent skills can guide a video through scripting, storyboarding, scene generation, audio, captions, and final assembly.
Choose a workflow for the finished format you want. Generating one clip is a different job from producing a complete multi-scene video.
Start with your brand and the product, topic, or claim you want to explain. Open Templates in Advibly and choose Vox Explainer. Review the story and visual direction, then produce a narrated video built from animated paper-collage scenes.
If you prefer Claude or another connected assistant, use the Vox Explainer Ads skill from the skills library with the same brief. The style refers to editorial collage and storytelling, not Vox's branding or protected assets.
Add your brand and product, then choose a template for the kind of motion you want. Collage Motion Ad turns a reference or brief into coordinated clips where cut-out images, text, and product elements assemble into a finished layout. Vox Explainer is a better starting point when you want a narrated story.
To work through an AI assistant, connect Advibly through MCP and use the corresponding skill with your product brief or visual reference.
Start with your product and brand, then open Claymotion Ad in Templates. Add your story idea or let the workflow propose one. Review the characters and scene plan before generating the clay-style scenes, animation, narration, and music.
To create it through Claude or another connected assistant, use the Claymation Ads skill with the same product and story direction.
Yes. Add your brand and product, then choose the Pixar-Style Ad workflow in Templates. It develops an original 3D story through characters, storyboard images, animated scenes, voiceover, and music.
You can also run the corresponding skill through a connected assistant. "Pixar-style" describes the visual direction; it doesn't imply affiliation or permission to use Pixar characters.
Choose Explainer Video, add the topic or product you want to explain, and select the style. Review the shot map before generating the images, animation, and narration.
Styles include isometric flat vector, 2D illustration, whiteboard doodle, pixel art, claymation, fluffy toy, 3D mix, low poly, 3D papercraft, and mixed media. The Animated Explainer Videos skill provides an assistant-led route too.
Yes. Add your product photo and describe the movement or scene you want. Use image-to-video generation to animate it, then add other clips or audio if you need a longer piece.
The available duration, resolution, and reference controls depend on the selected video model.
Yes. Start with an existing clip and choose Video Restyle in Templates, or use the Video Restyle skill through a connected assistant. Choose a new visual treatment and review the result against your source.
Restyling changes the look of existing footage; it's a different starting point from generating a new video from a script.
Yes. Use your website, app listing, and real screenshots to create launch videos, feature explainers, and social clips. You can also make matching image ads and carousels from the same product context.
Yes. Connect Claude to Advibly through MCP, then ask it to create a video using Advibly's tools. For a complete production, an Advibly skill can guide the script, storyboard, scenes, audio, and assembly.
You review the work, and generation uses your Advibly credits. Set up Advibly in Claude.
In Claude, open Settings, go to Connectors, and choose Add custom connector. Enter https://advibly.com/mcp, then sign in to Advibly and authorize the connection.
Follow the Claude setup guide for the current steps. Once connected, ask Claude to use your Advibly brand and create the asset you need. Connector availability depends on your Claude account.
Yes. One brief can start a workflow that produces several related assets. For example: "Use this product page to create launch image ads, a short explainer, and a LinkedIn carousel. Show me the plan before generating."
The assistant can use your saved brand context, Advibly's tools, and relevant skills to coordinate the work. A complete campaign takes multiple steps and generations, with review and credits along the way.
Connect the assistant to Advibly through MCP, then choose a workflow from the skills library. Follow its installation instructions for your assistant and provide your brand, product, and desired output.
For example: "Use the Vox Explainer Ads skill to explain this product's main benefit. Show me the story and visual direction first." The skill guides the production steps while Advibly generates the assets.
No. You can use the portal's templates, ideas, and generation tools directly. MCP is optional: it connects Advibly to an AI assistant if you prefer to work through a conversation.
Yes. Compatible clients include ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, VS Code, OpenClaw, and Hermes Agent, as well as Claude.
Connection requirements and available features vary by client. Follow the setup guide for your assistant.
Templates guide you through a creative workflow inside Advibly. Skills guide your AI assistant through a workflow using Advibly's MCP tools.
Use a template to work in the portal, or download a skill to work through your assistant. Skills are free to install; the assets they generate use your Advibly credits.
Start with pre-filled Ideas, browse the Ad Library for a reference, or choose a ready-made template. Pick a direction that fits your product, then use your saved brand context to make it your own.
For video, you can choose a specific workflow such as UGC, Vox-style explainers, claymation, or 3D animation. You can also bring your own reference or brief.
Start with your brand and product, add the reference, and explain what you want to borrow from its structure: the layout, storytelling, or visual direction. Advibly can use that reference alongside your own assets to generate a new creative.
Use your own claims and branding. A reference is inspiration, not permission to reproduce someone else's artwork or proof that the ad performs well.
Advibly saves your logo, colors, fonts, product details, voice, and references, then reuses that context across your creative. You can update it when your product or direction changes.
Review the results before publishing, especially product details, on-image text, and factual claims.
Advibly's image options include GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst and Flare, GPT Image 2, Nano Banana 2 and Lite, Seedream 5 Lite and Pro, and Grok Imagine variants.
Use the available model options to choose the cost and output settings for your image. Resolution, reference support, and quality controls vary by model.
Video options include Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Kling 3, Gemini Omni Flash and Omni Flash 1.1, FLUX 3, MiniMax Hailuo 03 variants, Grok Imagine Video, and Wan 3.0.
The available duration, resolution, audio, and image-reference controls depend on the model. Check the generation settings and cost before starting a render.
Yes. Advibly's generation tools offer model choices, and an assistant can request supported models through MCP. Guided templates and skills may choose models for particular production steps.
Pick based on the job you need done, such as text-heavy image ads, product animation, or video restyling, as well as your budget. A small test is a useful starting point before producing a larger set.

It depends on the model, format, and settings. Advibly shows the cost before each generation. A multi-scene video may use credits for several steps, including images, clips, and audio.
You can buy extra credits when you need them. The same generation charges apply whether you work in the portal or through an AI assistant.

Start with your product, campaign goal, and posting schedule. Build the plan around product videos, explainers, UGC-style ads, and creative variations, then add supporting carousels, images, and captions. Reuse your saved brand context throughout.
Generate the content in batches, review it, and schedule approved posts across your connected accounts. You can plan weeks or months ahead; production time and credit use depend on how much you create and the formats you choose.
Yes. With the Publish plan, connect your social accounts, create the assets and captions, choose the destinations, and set the schedule. Approved posts can then publish automatically.
Adapt the video format and caption for each channel. You can run the workflow in Advibly or use a connected AI assistant to create posts, schedule them, and check their publication status.
Advibly supports Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, and Threads. Post formats and account requirements vary by platform; Facebook publishing uses Pages rather than personal profiles.
The Publish plan includes scheduling and up to ten connected social accounts. This is social publishing, not paid campaign management in Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
Yes. Connect Claude to Advibly, give it your product and content goal, and ask it to plan the videos, run the relevant skills, and prepare posts for your connected accounts.
For example: "Create a four-week video content plan for this product. Show me the ideas first, produce the approved videos, then prepare a publishing schedule for my review." Claude can use Advibly's tools to schedule the posts and check their status. Generation credits and publishing-plan requirements apply.
Yes. Choose a keyword, such as "GUIDE," and configure a link for an Instagram post. When someone comments that keyword, the automation can send them a DM from the posting account.
You can set this up for a new post or attach it to an existing scheduled or published post. Choose direct link delivery or a button-and-follow-check flow. Use it to share a guide, product page, offer, or download.
Yes. Configure the Instagram keyword and link when preparing the post, and include the instruction in your caption, such as "Comment GUIDE and we'll DM you the link." The automation can activate when the scheduled post publishes.
You can also attach it to an existing Instagram post. This lets you prepare the creative, publishing schedule, and link-delivery flow together.
